HiFix Loyalty Points

 Earn Loyalty Points...One Point Earned for Every Pound Spent

Every time you make a purchase you earn points based on the price of products purchased and these points are added to your loyalty points balance 30 days after date of purchasing. Simply open a customer account when you check out so that points can be added, you also receive other benefits as an account holder. Points cannot be added or redeemed if you do not have an account. Open your Customer Account here. To spend any balance you need to have at least 100 points (£1.00)

Please contact [email protected] if you have placed an order before creating an account or without logging in, we can manually add these points 30 days after your purchase. If you place an order using loyalty points you will not earn more loyalty points for that particular purchase. If you haven't created an account we cannot add your loyalty points to your account.

How to Redeem your Loyalty Points

By logging in to your Customer Account you can redeem your points at checkout you will have the option of using loyalty points as one of the payment methods. You will also accrue more Loyalty Points on all new purchases except for when using loyalty points against a purchase.

How to manage Your Loyalty Points

You have the ability to view and manage your Loyalty Points through your Customer Account. From your account, you will be able to view your total Loyalty Points together with your previous orders. Your account history will also show you comprehensive informational messages regarding loyalty points, including expiration notifications.

Loyalty Points Expiration

Loyalty Points do expire. Points will expire after a period of 365 days in the order which they were first earned. Redeeming for cash is not allowed, they can only be used against future purchases.

We will notify you every 3 months with your Loyalty Points statement providing you with the value of these points.
