Delivery Information

Your Delivery:

All items are delivered directly to your door. Next working day delivery service is available for orders placed before 3pm, when choosing the next day delivery option. Orders placed after 3pm are processed the next working day. Delivery is usually within 1-2 working days after dispatch, except bank holidays. Some larger or heavier items may take longer, but we will contact you before dispatch if this is the case. Delivery usually takes place between 8am - 6pm, we will email you to confirm dispatch and include tracking information where available. Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isles of Scilly, Orkney, Shetland and other Scottish islands can take 2-3 days.

What happens if I am out for a delivery:

A card will be dropped through the door; the card will indicate we called. Please follow the instructions on the card to re-arrange delivery.

What should I do if my delivery is late:

We try our very best to let our customers of any potential delay as soon as possible. Unfortunately, delays can happen which are often beyond our control. If this means your order cannot be delivered on the confirmed delivery date, we will let you know as soon as we know of any delay. We will ensure that further emails or text messages from us will provide updates on the progress of your order.

Overseas Orders:

Our shippers can ship to most countries overseas – please email your orders to mark@frankharvey.co.uk and we will email you with payment, shipping and insurance information.


Fast, reliable delivery to British Forces Post Office addresses worldwide. We make it easy to send packages to BFPO addresses, using our International Scheduled service via the military sort centre in the UK - please email your orders to mark@frankharvey.co.uk and we will email you with payment, shipping and insurance information.

Distribution Agreements:

Please note that due to Manufactures distribution agreements not all products can be shipped overseas, for further information email mark@frankharvey.co.uk

Tracking your order status:

You will be able to track your order by visiting “Your Account”, signing in and clicking on My Order History. We will also send you an email at each stage of the process, i.e. when the order is placed, and then when the order has been dispatched.

How can I track my order:

You will receive an email containing your tracking number with your nominated carrier, this will enable you to track your order. We will also let you know if anything changes with your order via email, text or phone. So it's really important that your contact details are up to date on your account, just log in to view all details.

30 minute delivery window

We will text your mobile with a 30 minute delivery window, this service is available for all UK deliveries, except small orders less than 2 kilograms which are delivered by Royal Mail.
