Shipping & Delivery:

All items are delivered directly to your door, we dispatch on the next working day service, items are usually delivered within 1-2 working days, except bank holidays. All orders are dispatched on free next day service and you will normally receive them within 24 hours. Delivery usually takes place from 8:00 am - 6:00 pm, we will email you with tracking and dispatch information. Sometimes it takes longer to deliver items to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isles of Scilly, Orkney, Shetland, and other Scottish islands. Returns & Replacements:

HiFix is committed to selling quality products which we hope you will love, we do understand, however, that there may be a time when you need to exchange or return something you have bought. We do hope you are pleased with your purchase, but should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product within 30 days of delivery. Ordering & Despatch:

Orders will be despatched the same working day if ordered before 3:00 pm via our shippers. (Bank holidays accepted). All orders are shipped first class for next day delivery, shipping is free of charge for UK mainland. Our despatch days are Monday to Friday. Our acceptance of an order does not take place until the goods leave our warehouse. We will email you an order confirmation at this point. We reserve the right to refuse an order. Non-acceptance of an order may result from the product ordered being unavailable from stock, our inability to obtain authorisation of payment of the identification of an error with the product information including price or promotion. Payment, Pricing & Promotions:

SagePay is our preferred method of payment for online credit card payments, and we accept the following credit cards all UK cards. Our web site also provides a "Tokenization option." a SagePay advantage that enables our registered customers a One-Click Checkout option; you are safe in the knowledge that we do not store customer credit card details online. Promotions will be available from time to time on our web site; you will also be notified via email if you registered to our Newsletter. Discount coupons are offered to all registered customers and will be available from time to time on certain branded products. As a customer-focused retailer, HiFix encourages the use of coupons by our customers in our retail store. Coupons and their face value cannot be exchanged for cash or gift cards, only one coupon is available per customer per product order.

Viewing Orders:

It's easy to check the status of your order, log in to your Account to view your order details and status and all other relevant details such as your total of Super Reward Points. If you placed your order over the phone or via mail or fax, you can check your order status by contacting one of our customer support staff on 02476 631 707 or emailing info@hifix.co.uk.

Updating Account Information: When you registered with HiFix, you provided some basic information, such as name, address, phone number plus other details such as your email address. To use HiFix effectively, it's important to keep this information accurate and up to date. If the information changes, you can update your account information from your Account Dash Board and you don't need to register again as you may lose any bonus points which have already been allocated to your account from the Sign in link at the top-right-hand of the home page, enter your login information and select Account Dashboard, here you can amend your various account details. You can also change your email address by selecting 'Account Information'.

Important: If you register again with a new email address, information associated with your old email address such as order history and any unused bonus points could be lost, to prevent this you just need to amend any changes from your Account Dashboard.
