The Onkyo A-9010 Amplifier comes fitted with a wide variety of impressive features included to enhance your listening experience. With an authentic high-fidelity amplification system, the sound quality produced is only the best it can possibly be thanks to the amplifier's unique Wide Range Amplifier Technology (WRAT) that uses high current flow to maintain precise control of the speaker driver at all times. This WRAT technology works to consistently deliver an accurate and dynamic reproduction of your audio - be it delicate piano pieces, or a booming orchestra. This technology even delivers stunning quality audio when the speaker impedance drops and increases the receiver's load. The Onkyo A-9010 Amplifier also features a high-output transformer and four audio-grade capacitors with an extruded aluminium heat sink that works to keep the amplifiers running cool. Low impedance output transistors included in the A-9010's amplifier circuits deliver instantaneous power and low distortion. Closed ground loop circuits are also included to minimise any electrical noise. Amplifier circuitry and other electronic components have been finely tuned by Onkyo's dedicated engineers in the UK, adding a sense of warmth and body to any instruments and vocals. These components work together to produce the most precise and stunning sound for everything you listen to, no matter what source is in use.

A built-in MM phono equaliser and phono inputs are included with the Onkyo A-9010 Amplifier, allowing for connection to a turntable and opening up the possibility to enjoy your vinyl collection with the perfect sound quality that the A-9010 produces. Sounds are richer and more detailed, but the A-9010 in no way depletes the quality of your records, making it the perfect amplifier to start your love affair with vinyl. The A-9010's rear panel features four pairs of pin-type RCA analogue audio inputs and one output, allowing for connection of an existing CD player, tuner, or cassette deck. An additional 3.5 mm analogue input on the front panel makes connecting your phone, tablet or other mobile device easy, enabling access to your mobile music library in seconds. An independent headphone amplifier that is powerful enough to drive high-impedance cans with a sound signature that is detailed and clear is included, along with a proper 6.3 mm headphone input for safe and secure headphone connection.

The Onkyo A-9010 Amplifier's chassis has been designed to isolate any audio signal from vibrations that may cause interference during the amplification process. Gold plated speaker posts with transparent screw-type knobs are also included, conveniently boasting compatibility with banana plugs. These terminals are connected to the A-9010's amp circuitry via thick speaker plates rather than speaker relays, helping with the preservation of signal integrity and improving resultant sound quality. Classic metal knobs and a perfectly proportioned chassis - that look as though they belong on a much more expensive amplifier - make the A-9010 not only technically impressive, but aesthetically pleasing, too.

The A-9010's Remote Interactive (RI) terminals allow for operation of other compatible audio components, such as your existing CD player or tuner, using a single remote control, when connected to your network. A full-sized remote is included - Onkyo have decided against the usual, small and slim remote to make control of the A-9010 as easy and straight-forward as possible.
