Am I Eligible for Finance?
You must be over 18 years of age.
You must be a UK resident with at least 3 years continual address history.
You must be in full time employment, unless retired or a house person with a spouse in full time employment.
You must have a UK bank account capable of accepting Direct Debits.
You must have a valid Debit or Credit card registered in your name and to the home address on the application form in order to pay your deposit.
What Information Is Required?
Choose Klarna Finance on our Check Out page, complete the online form and add an electronic signature. If your application is successful, you may be asked to verify your identity by authorising a 50p transaction against a credit or debit card that you own. This helps protect you and us against fraudulent finance contracts. No money will be taken from your card; the details are only used to check that they are valid and registered to your address. You'll need to e-sign your acceptance email as soon as possible to secure your delivery date.
How Long Will It Take for A Decision?
Most Applications will get an instant decision on whether your application for finance has been successful. In some cases, Klarna will need to look at the application in more detail before making their decision.
What If My Application Is Declined?
If your application isn't successful, you can still purchase the item in full via PayPal or with a valid credit or debit card. If your application is declined, it’s usually for one of the following reasons:
  • you do not meet the eligibility criteria;
  • adverse credit reference agency information;
  • your credit score;
  • you are considered to be overcommitted financially; or
  • your existing account performance with other lenders.
should you wish to appeal the decision made by the lender, it’s advised you obtain an up to date copy of your credit report before appealing to them directly.
Can my order be delivered to somewhere other than my home address?
In order to safeguard our customers, orders that are being paid for by credit can only be delivered to your home address that has been approved, and a delivery address. Once the finance agreement confirmed, it cannot be changed.
Can I Cancel My Credit Agreement?
In line with Distance Selling Regulations, you have 28 days from the receipt of your order to change your mind about the purchase. If you wish to keep the goods but do not wish to proceed with the finance agreement, you must contact HiFix and pay for the goods in full using an alternative method, such as your credit or debit card. When the new payment has been received, HiFix will cancel your credit agreement and Klarna Retail Finance will return your original deposit. If you don't wish to keep the goods, then you must return the goods at your own cost to HiFix in the same condition that you received them (please see our Returns Policy regarding the condition of returned goods). Once we have received the goods HiFix will cancel the agreement and Klarna will return your deposit. We will not able to cancel the finance if the return falls outside of our returns period.
