The Project Debut PRO B Turntable is an audiophile turntable with outstanding design and technology. Due to the inclusion of the Pick IT PRO Balanced moving magnet cartridge, the turntable offers a True Balanced connection.
The Most Audiophile Debut Yet
The Project Debut PRO B seeks to improve upon the Debut template, with re-engineered components for a high level performance. Project conducted listening tests, research and development into every aspect for the exact sound of the Debut PRO B.
8.6โ Carbon-Aluminium Tonearm
The Debut PRO B features Projectโs Carbon-Aluminium one-piece tonearm. The 8.6-inch tube is lightweight yet rigid for sturdiness and better damping properties. This results in improved resistance to interferences and vibrations.
Clear Sonic Performance
The custom AC drive motor produces minimal noise. It is decoupled from the main chassis with a mounting plate and TPE-damped fixings. The mounting plate isolates the motor while keeping it level with the sub-platter drive system for speed stability. With three height adjustable feet with TPE damping, the Debut PRO B turntable is a platform free from unwanted vibrations.
Speed Precision
The Project Debut PRO B can play 33 and 45 RPM records with the switch of the top-mount rocker switch. 78RPM playback is possible by manually adjusting the drive belt on a 45 RPM setting. The speed control system ensures the motor rotation is electronically regulated for accuracy and stability.
Pro-Ject Pick it PRO Balanced
The Project Pick IT Pro Balanced moving magnet cartridge comes fitted to the Debut PRO B turntable. Working closely with Ortofon, Project were able to produce a special cartridge. It delivers a lively sound with a wide dynamic range, similar to traditional SPU cartridges.
The Pick IT Pro Balanced is the first moving magnet cartridge to support a True Balanced audio signal. This comes with a reduction of surface noise and interference for an improved playback experience.
How to Make the Most Out of True Balanced
The Debut PRO B makes the most from your vinyl collection with Projectโs True Balanced Connection. Use the mini XLR output from the turntable, and connect to a balanced phono stage, such as the Phono Box S3 B. this improves the dynamics and detail available from the record groove for a more satisfying listening experience.
