Using the latest in sound delivery technologies, the Yamaha NS-SW1000 uses the advanced Active Servo Technology to help the subwoofer produce sounds with more clarity and accuracy even when lowest bass frequencies are at play.

It can be used in both home cinema and Hi-Fi set ups and you get exceptional bass response and power that's due to the massive 1000-watt digital amplifier. The NS-SW1000 is packed with the latest, most innovative features in the subwoofer market. This includes the 1kW output power digital amplifier that employs a drive stage using the all-new Yamaha digital amplifier IC and a high current MOS-FET discrete push-pull output stage.

Using proven methods for smoother flow of air, this subwoofer uses a light, slightly twisted shaped port. This spreads the air that is generated at the port's edge, thereby reducing the extra noise and providing clear low frequency.

The structural integrity of the unit gets a boost with the use of mitered joints and the enclosure is made from 36mm medium density fiberboard on one side and 25-mm fiberboard on other sides. The iron legs complement the impressive, anti-resonant construction to create a subwoofer with the potential to massively improve your system.
