The Rotel RC1590 Pre Amplifier comes with a home theatre pass-through option which enhances the voice quality and helps in integrating the preamp into a home theatre system. The amplifier is capable of providing an excellent level of control and flexibility for maintaining the highest audio standards. To fulfill the requirements of the modern music systems, it has a wide collection of both digital inputs and analog.
The Rotel RC1590 Pre Amplifier comes with separate custom built toroidal transformers for digital and analog circuits. The analog inputs of the amplifier claim very low noise circuitry and also include high performance phono stage which provides support to the both moving magnet and photo stage. The digital inputs come fully isolated and also feature an accurate AKM, 34-bit/768kHz digital to analog converter (DAC) that provides support to DSD decoding and PCM.
For instant connectivity, the analog connections consist of two sets of XLR outputs (for bi-amping) along with single-ended RCA outputs, a pair of balanced XLR inputs and a pair of buffered subwoofer outputs. For full flexibility and digital sources, there are various digital inputs which include three optical PCM and three coax, a rear PC-USB that supports up to 24 bit/192kHz, a front USB for iOS devices and DSD signals, along with a aptX Bluetooth receiver. Digitals outputs on coax and optical connectors are also available.
