Rega have developed the Apheta 2 cartridge, an upgrade from the popular and very high performing Apheta cartridge. It is housed in one complete piece of aluminium and a CAD designed clear cover to protect the internal wires. It also features an extremely high powered neodymium magnet and coil that is then painstakingly hand wound on an iron cross that has a 50% reduction in size compared to the previous model. The Apheta 2 is matched perfectly for the RP8 and RP10 turntables.
