The QED AV18 Scart to 6 x RCA Phono is for Stereo Audio In/Out & Composite Video In/Out, and is used where record and playback are required of stereo audio and video signals, typically between an A/V amplifier and VCR, can also be used with DVD players/recorders. The cable is bi-directional so signal directions must however be followed as indicated on RCA phono plugs.
The unique QED SQART™ heavy duty cast alloy plug casing with durable and attractive zinc plating is designed to fit edge-to-edge in horizontally aligned scart sockets. 24ct gold plated surrounds & pin sections. Unique specially formed surround for secure precision fit. 100% effective screening provided by double braided screens of 0.1mm Silver plated oxygen free copper braiding wire. Uses foamed Polyethylene dielectric material which is superior even to P.T.F.E. in terms of its dielectric constant, for superb high frequency accuracy and low loss performance.
Applications include: Scart equipped VCR to A/V amplifier, TV to A/V amplifier for monitor and TV tuner record functions. Compatible with: Composite Video Output, Stereo Audio Output.
