The Goldring G1006 Moving Magnet Cartridge is designed for owners who want to get the very best from their systems at an affordable price. This cartridge has an elliptical tip for improved high frequency clarity and a powerful magnet to ensure high sensitivity. This improves clarity and it has excellent sound reproduction.
For Music Lovers
The cartridge body, manufactured from ultrawide Pocan, one of the most rigid and highly fibered polymers, can be firmly fixed on the headshell for the best efficiency and sound quality for music lovers.
High Efficacy Magnetic Circuit
This spirally shaped design of the Goldring G1006 Moving Magnet Cartridge reduces the total weight and allows a very efficient magnetic circuit to produce that striking amount of output. This design also reduces the higher frequencies of conventional designs, thus ensuring better sound with a smoother, broader frequency response.

Summary of the Goldring G1006 Moving Magnet Cartridge
The Goldring G1006 Moving Magnet Cartridge uses a unique ultra-low-mass, micro-miniature Alnico V magnet made to a tolerance that no other manufacturer worldwide can achieve. Welded to the magnet is a gold-plated nickel tie-bar, which provides an earth path for vinyl static charge buildup and stabilises the cantilever in unwanted vibrational modes. The ultra-low-mass assembly is mounted in a unique rubber polymer with optimised damping characteristics.
Expert Adjustment
The most important factor in good sound is the fixing of the azimuth or horizontal tracking angle. Azimuth is a term that represents the stylus’s central position in a record and also the angle of the stylus on the surface. Fine adjustment of this angle with respect to the record groove is desirable.
