In 2017 on Record Store Day, Bullet For My Valentine released a limited edition of a single that was publicly available in the same period entitled “Don’t Need You”.
Bullet For My Valentine – Don’t Need You (10 Inch Transparent Red With Etched B Side) (RSD 2017)
As was the case with the band’s passion and their emotional input, the original release of this record was with transparent red 10-inch vinyl. The vinyl was so rare only a few lucky people could get a copy from it.
Not only is the look of the vinyl very eye-catching but it also is sound excellent so the band decided to prepare two versions of the vinyl – collector and regular.
To be sure, sometimes people can be content just by viewing the record sleeve, and they don’t want anything further. Yet, for some, being able to enjoy the music separately from the physical record is very important to them.
Unique Record Sleeve
One of its reasons is that this was a special pressing which even the most avid vinyl collectors might not recall that there was such a thing. As the production run was minuscule – just a few hundred in 1992. ven the record sleeve was a unique and quite beautiful piece of artwork.

Customer Comment
Playing this record will be an amazing experience for me. Not only that is the record very compatible with other pieces of my collection. But the red translucent colour of record with the printed artwork makes a very nice visual design.
Owning this item is, to a certain extent, physical. On a daily basis you see it and feel it. That is, of course, an aspect that pleases you besides just being a band’s fan and listening to the songs through headphones. The bullet-shaped record is an excellent way to show people the kind of music you are into. The red translucent look and the etched artwork are simply beautiful.
