Description

The Audiolab 7000CDT CD Transport is a standalone player in high-fidelity audio equipment. CD transport differs from a standard CD player in that it only plays the file.

The 7000CDT uses a high-precision optical system with an electronic data buffer for accurate and seamless CD playback. If I tell you the 7000CDT applies much the same technology as the 9000CDT, there is a read-ahead digital buffer in the former, as well as one that shortens the disc-reading failures by skipping to a distinct part even if a slight defect makes it unplayable by regular means.

The 7000CDT coaxial output is derived through a differential line driver. Which ensures a flawless digital signal reaches the connected DAC.
