The ProAc Tablette 10 speakers are the 10th instalment from their Tablette range which was launched in 1979, and features an all-new design as well as new drive units
The ProAc Tablette 10 speakers feature a completely new bass drive unit that has a Paginna Mika cone which is made from reed leaves mixed with Mika and are then coated with an acoustic dope. It uses the same thin walled heavy damped infinite baffle enclosure as the BBC LS3/5a and due to the fact it doesn't have a bass port on the rear it can be placed against a wall.
In addition to the new bass driver, the Tablette 10 speakers feature their 1 inch silk dome tweeter that is used in many of their products, and is extremely well known and accredited. The crossover has been especially designed to be used with a sealed enclosure and inside you'll find a network that moulds the response to enhance the bass and give an extremely clear, natural and transparent midrange.
