-Onkyo CRN775 Network HiFi System

The CRN775 is the new Network HiFi System from Onkyo. With the ability to stream music from a wide range of popular online music streaming services (such as Spotify, Last.fm and vTuner) via wireless capable Ethernet, as well access to hundreds upon hundreds of Internet Radio stations, this system is able to cater to almost all of your music listening requirements. The addition of Bluetooth via an optional Bluetooth USB adapter only widens the listening possibilities, allowing you to connect your smartphone, tablet or other Bluetooth enabled device, and granting access to your personal music library.

Wireless streaming is the most convenient method of connection; however, it is not the only way to listen to your favourite tracks with this system. For those who prefer to get back to basics, the addition of a front loading CD player will allow you to play your entire CD collection, so you can enjoy your music whilst the player remains smooth quiet in its operation.

The Onkyo CRN775 Network HiFi System comes fitted with an FM/AM tuner with a 40-station preset option available, meaning you can assign up to 40 of your favourite radio stations and be up and running, listening to the radio with the mere press of a button.

A USB port has been included, through which you can plug in your iPod or iPhone, accessing your library easily without the need to connect to the Bluetooth. And digital inputs that are linked to the built-in 192 kHz/24-bit DAC allow for playback of any lossless formats that are stored on your computer.

The CRN775 lives up to the expectations of high-quality sound that has become synonymous with the Onkyo brand. This system will deliver high-resolution audio across a plethora of connectivity options, offering a deep and natural bass response to boot. The Three-Stage Inverted Darlington amplifier technology used in this system has been sourced directly from Onkyo’s high-end components, and the symmetrical channel layout and short signal pathways will reduce any unwanted noise, and will help to produce stereo sound that is well-separated.

Control over the CRN775 Network HiFi System can be gained via the remote provided; but it can also, more impressively, be controlled via the free control app. This app is available for free and will work on most smartphones. Offering complete control of the system, including volume adjustment, track selection, radio preset selection, and selection of Internet Radio station, this control will allow you to sit back, relax and enjoy your music, with complete control at the tip of your finger. The app is available to download from the Apple AppStore and the GooglePlay store.
