The Monitor Audio MASS 5.1 system delivers an all-around surround sound, creating an immersive experience to dramatically heighten your home cinema viewing. Despite their compact size, the MASS satellite speakers are capable of producing dynamic and room filling sound guaranteed to improve your movies. The MASS subwoofer provides a powerful low end punch to all the action, making sure you won’t miss out on any detail. With a 5.1 set up, the MASS surround sound system has incredible effects placement in 360 degrees, keeping you at the centre of the action.
The MASS 5.1 is also perfectly adjusted for gaming, bringing you all the thrills that the audio element of video games have to offer. Experience seamless panning and effects placement that creates an immersive environment for your gaming. MASS performs exceptionally well with music, using precision engineered integration of the satellite speakers and the subwoofer to capture all the excitement of your favourite songs.
The MASS satellite speaker uses a 3.5 inch mid/bass driver with a Metal Matrix Polymer MMP II cone and advanced FEA simulation to optimise performance. A 0.75 inch soft dome tweeter provides crisp treble from the braced, fibre-reinforced cabinet. The accompanying MASS Subwoofer delivers deep bass from an 8 inch long throw driver, from a braced 15mm MDF cabinet with rigid 18mm baffle. A 120W Class D amplifier produces a powerful yet efficient performance with Digital Sound Processing for accurate audio filtering. All the speakers are covered with a smart cloth grille in a blue ‘Midnight’ or white ‘Mist’ finish. MASS stands are additionally available to provide the perfect height and positioning for the MASS Surround Sound 5.1 system.
