The K-17 is the ultimate K series speaker. In the same size cabinet as the K-7, the K-17 uses a very high-performance silk dome European tweeter developed by Ken Kreisel for an M&K Professional Studio Monitor. This gives the speaker an incredible smooth and extended high frequency capability, especially for its size and cost, with professional-grade reliability. The K-17's high-tech look, with its titanium finish and metal mesh grille, is an ideal complement to the designs of today's plasma and direct-view televisions. The impedance is 4 ohm nominal. Whether you orient the speaker horizontally or vertically, it will amaze you with its clarity and definition. From a stereo satellite/subwoofer system to a full 5.1 (or 7.1) channel surround system, you can use this speaker in any channel (Left, Right, Centre, or Surround positions).
