Marantz MCR412 Melody Receiver

Powering 60W into 6 Ohms for two channels, or 30W in 4 channels with A/B speaker outputs, the MCR412 Melody is capable of outputting enough power for any speakers, in any size room. An individual volume setting is provided for both the A and B speaker outputs. With high-efficiency low distortion digital audio amplification, the MCR412 is fully compatible, even with 4 Ohm speakers.

With a high quality CD player in-built, the MCR412 allows you to enjoy your CD collection with the Marantz audio quality, and also features FM and DAB+ bandwidths, for you to experience music in the way you like. The MCR412 Melody contains Bluetooth support, allowing you to easily stream your music of choice seamlessly from your smartphone or tablet to the MCR412 completely wirelessly, and begin enjoying music quicker and easier.

Using a high grade DAC, the MCR412 is capable of handling up to 24-bit/192 kHz digital audio files, support various file types such as MP3, WAV, FLAC and ALAC, as well as DSD 2.8/5.6MHz playback. A USB port lets you play music straight from your digital files. Two optical inputs allow you to connect the MCR412 to your TV, giving you sound quality better than a soundbar, so you can enjoy all your favourite movies and shows with the sound quality they deserve. An analogue RCA input is also included, to connect any additional source. The MCR412 is controllable through your existing TV remote, allowing you to use one remote for both the TV and network receiver.

DALI Spektor 2 Bookshelf Speakers

Much like the Spektor 1s, the Dali Spektor 2s deliver a deceptively large performance for a speaker of its size. Remaining compact, these speakers feature a slightly larger surface area on both the 5 ¼“ woofers and the 25mm soft dome tweeters, resulting in even greater overall sound pressure levels, thus delivering an even better quality in sound reproduction.

Wood Fibre Cones

The low-loss drivers within the Spektor 2s use a mixture of low-mass paper cones with wood fibre reinforcement. The wood fibres embedded within the mix allow for an uneven structure to the surface, dramatically reducing the surface resonance as a result, and thus creating the best possible reproduction of everyday detail within your music’s audio signal.

Soft Dome Tweeter

Offering best-in-class resolution with an extended frequency response, wide dispersion and low coloration, these speakers will deliver a performance resonant of Dali’s high-end series components. The tweeter has been based on an ultra-lightweight weaved fabric, weighing less than half of the market standard (0.056 mg/mm2), remaining deceptively light whilst delivering a powerful performance.
