The Project Bluetooth Box E is a cost effective way to wirelessly stream music from a bluetooth enabled smartphone or tablet to your HiFi system. It's Bluetooth 3.0 and supports aptX audio codec as well as standard SBC, so almost CD like quality is achievable. Pairing takes around 3-5 seconds and it can remember up to 8 devices so once they're paired there's no need to do it again. The range is approximately 10m so it will still stream perfectly if you stray from it a little bit. There's also an RCA analogue and Toslink digital connection that can be used to connect to an amplifier or DAC if need be.
