By connecting the Denon HEOS Sound Bar to your TV's HDMI Audio Return Channel (ARC) input, your soundbar will be connected and ready to perform within mere minutes, offering control over all of your sound via the HEOS app or with the use of your TV remote control.

Connection of any HEOS device is possible, allowing you to greatly improve upon your home cinema setup, connecting wirelessly to the HEOS 1 or HEOS subwoofer to easily create the setup you desire. Connection of other HEOS devices over the same network will then allow you to stream music through to multiple rooms, filling your home with music. You are even able to stream different songs to different rooms in the house, keeping the whole family entertained and catering to everyone's tastes.

Offering 4k Ultra-HD support, the HEOS Sound Bar has been designed to remain future-proof. Using the latest HDMI standards, the HDMI 2.0a/HDCP 2.2 inputs ensure movies can be experienced in full 4k Ultra-HD, even if your television has limited 4K switching capabilities. This can be combatted by connecting your 4K sources directly to the Sound Bar, which will then deliver full 4K Ultra-HD sound. This soundbar offers class-leading audio format support with Dolby TrueHD and DTS HD Master Audio for the best possible multi-channel sound.

Playing your music collection throughout your HEOS ecosystem is possible, delivering audio in high-resolution. As well as access to your existing music library, the HEOS Sound Bar will allow users to access online streaming services, in all major streaming formats. Integrated streaming services include: Spotify, TuneIn, Tidal, Napster, Deezer, Soundcloud and Mood:Mix.

The HEOS app, available for free from the Apple AppStore, Google Play Store and Amazon, offers complete control over your HEOS Sound Bar, as well as the system as a whole. The HEOS app will offer instant access through three simple tabs on the user interface: Rooms, Music and Now Playing. Download the app to as many devices as you please to gain full control, including control over the volume of your devices, control over music streaming services, designating specific songs to specific rooms and control over power of the entire system. Offering all of the access you could possibly want from a control app, the HEOS app can be used on your mobile phone, tablet and even Kindle devices. If you choose not to use the HEOS app, control over the HEOS Sound Bar can be achieved via your television's remote control.

The new HEOS Subwoofer will wirelessly add deep and powerful bass to any HEOS product, using the powerful amplification and optimised drivers that are included. Working with the whole HEOS range, this subwoofer will allow you to create your perfect home cinema setup. Setups can be completed in 1.1, 2.1, 3.1 and 5.1 configurations.

The HEOS Subwoofer incorporates two custom-made 5-1/4 inch drive units in a combination with sophisticated Class-D amplification, delivering a crystal clear yet punchy bass. The proprietary DSP algorithms provide optimised low frequency response across the entire dynamic range. The HEOS app offers advanced settings, in which you are able to optimise your system for different configurations. These advanced settings will give access to dialogue enhancer and night mode features which are integrated into the HEOS Sound Bar. Using the two together will allow the subwoofer to automatically adapt to your preferred settings.
