The new Denon HEOS HS2 Sound Bar and Wireless Subwoofer will improve your TV’s sound drastically. With TVs becoming thinner as technology progresses, it is becoming more and more problematic to be able to fit in speakers that will deliver a sound to match the picture. That’s where the HEOS HS2 Sound Bar comes in. Delivering true, wide range high fidelity audio, this sound bar will finally give your movies and TV shows the soundtrack they deserve. This even extends over to all of your favourite music through Bluetooth and AirPlay 2 technologies.
The bi-amplified mid-woofers and tweeters within the HEOS HS2 sound bar features advanced DSP processing which works in perfect unison with the wireless subwoofer. The subwoofer itself is home to dual drivers that work to deliver a powerfully deep bass with a flat response and low distortion via precision DSP audio tuning.
Dolby Digital, Dolby Digital Plus and DTS decoding is supported, decoding movie, TV shows, and music surround soundtracks into their original discrete channels, applying Denon’s proprietary DSP, and thus delivering a truly immersive Virtual Surround sound experience.
A few upgrades have been made to this second iteration of the HEOS Sound Bar, including new Apple AirPlay 2 technology and Bluetooth technology, which allows you to stream all of your favourite music via any Apple device (AirPlay 2) or any other compatible device (Bluetooth) directly to the HEOS HS2 Sound Bar. Adding to these upgrades, this HS2 Sound Bar provides 4K support via the HDMI (1 in/1 out). It has even had a bit of a makeover in the looks department, with a new, slimmer design that allows it to fit in perfectly with other units in the series, and new high quality metal feet to support the bar and remain stylish in doing so.
