This Cyrus Pre XP pre-amplifier uses Cyrus XP derived pre-amp technology. The Cyrus Pre XP pre-amplifier features twin pre-amp outputs for bi-amping, six line inputs and an intuitive user interface via the graphic LCD. The Cyrus Pre XP can be upgraded to a Pre XP d to add 5 digital inputs, including a USB digital feed. The USB input allows you to connect a host of digital sources including digital music files stored on your PC or Mac. With the high performance DAC, uncompressed files sound best, but anything that plays on your computer will sound much better through the Pre XP d.
