An update to our services

What we’re doing to combat the spread of COVID-19:

This is a difficult time for everyone, and here at Hifix we’re implementing the necessary precautions as outlined by the government. As of 12th April, our Coventry showroom has re-opened to the public with our normal opening hours. We invite you to visit us for any product demonstrations or advice. We are still operating Click and Collect orders with our normal opening hours, simply place an order online and select click and collect at the checkout but please give us extra time to process your order or reply to your email. You can drop us a call on 02476 631 707 or email us sales@hifix.co.uk for more information.

Customers are being advised to follow safety procedures, and hand sanitiser, gloves and face masks are available to use when in store. Social distancing rules are in place for customers and staff, to remain 2 metres apart at all times.

We are currently experiencing a high volume of orders and inquiries, please be patient as it may take a little longer than normal to answer your calls and e-mails.

How will this affect your order?

Orders are currently being dispatched as normal; however please allow an extra day or two to receive your parcel. We have amended our cutoff time to 1pm, please ensure you order before 1pm to guarantee next day delivery on any of our premium shipping services. Couriers are currently operating, but now are no longer asking for a signature on receipt of your parcel. Overseas orders can take up to 10 days to clear through customs. Read more on delivery here.

Due to a large increase in orders certain products may be out of stock for a longer period of time. Our system will still allow you to place an order and will put it on backorder, we will then despatch orders as soon as they come in as of date ordered. Please check the stock tab under the product image, or if you're on a hand held device such as a mobile or tablet scroll down to the stock tab to check stock of the product you would like to purchase. We are trying our very best to chase up any outstanding orders, if you have any questions or queries about your order please do not hesitate to contact us and let us know.
