What we’re doing to combat the spread of COVID-19:

This is a difficult time for everyone, and here at Hifix we’re implementing the necessary precautions as outlined by the government. As of Monday 15th June, our Coventry showroom has re-opened to the public with our normal opening hours. Customers are being advised to follow safety procedures, and hand sanitiser, gloves and face masks are available to use when in store. Social distancing rules are in place for customers and staff, to remain 2 metres apart at all times.

We are currently operating with a reduction of staff, please be patient as it may take a little longer than normal to answer your calls and e-mails.

How will this affect your order?

Orders are currently being dispatched as normal; however please allow an extra day or two to receive your parcel. Couriers are currently operating, but now are no longer asking for a signature on receipt of your parcel. Read more on delivery here.
