-Classé Sigma 2200i Integrated Amplifier (Display Model)

The front of the unit is extremely similar to the Sigma SSP (the only difference being the bottom third of the front containing an air intake) and also features the same stereo inputs, USB types A and B, Coax, Optical, Ethernet for streaming via Airplay, Analogue XLR and RCA inputs as well as an optional phono. You'll also find 4 HDMI 2.0 inputs, one of which is HDCP2.2 compliant. The HDMI switching means if you have AV sources like Blu ray players, set top boxes as well as games consoles they can be changed conveniently.

Due to the 2200i using the same DSP, power supply and amplifier circuitry that's found inside the AMP2 it's an extremely powerful, high resolution amplifier that will drive pretty much any speaker available and is a great match with the Bowers and Wilkins 800 series. To keep all the components cool and stop them from overheating there is a small Noctua fan on the rear panel that spins at a low RPM so it's quiet but gradually draws air through the amplifier.

The Classé touchscreen control on the front gives access to features like 9-band PEQ per channel, flexible bass management and digital domain Tone Control. The subwoofer output is taken from the only DAC on board. Free apps are available for both iOS and Android devices that allow you to control your Classé 2200i integrated amplifier.

Classé has designed the amplifier so that you can rack mount it without having to fit any extra parts or kits, just remove the sides, rotate and flip them then reattach it to position the rack ears so they can be mounted.
