Virtually Invisible Speakers
The Lifestyle 550 Home Entertainment System delivers quality, lifelike sound from a set of compact speakers. The 5 Virtually Invisible Series II cube speakers let the sound stand out, with a surprisingly impactful quality for your movies and music. At only 9cm tall, the speakers easily blend in to your home environment, keeping a low profile, and can be flush mounted with an optional wall bracket for flexible positioning.
Acoustimass Bass
The Acoustimass Subwoofer offers a highly powerful bass for that deep, thunderous feeling to get the very best from your movie experience. The wireless subwoofer for the Lifestyle 550 combines a powerful driver with Bose QuietPort technology to produce low end frequencies with virtually no distortion at any volume. Bring the feel of the cinema home with the performance of the wireless Acoustimass sub. A premium glass top completes the look of this stylish, slim-line subwoofer.
Media Console
The connections to the Lifestyle 550 system is provided by the media console, with the latest audio and video technology, including 4K video. 6 HDMI inputs take care of all your devices such as Blu-ray players, games consoles and TV sound, so you can hear all your favourites in 5.1 sound. There are also digital audio connections for extra devices. With in-built Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, streaming music is simple; simply connect your smartphone or tablet to listen to music through the Lifestyle 550 Home Entertainment System. The media console comes with a glass top to match the subwoofer, and looks good wherever it’s placed.
SoundTouch Connectivity
To get more music from the Lifestyle 550, connect over the Wi-Fi network or stream via Bluetooth on all your favourite music apps, such as Spotify, Deezer and Amazon Music. The Lifestyle 550 also works with other Bose SoundTouch speakers for a multi-room experience, to keep your music with you as you move around the house. The SoundTouch app keeps all your favourite music in one place, and lets you control your listening experience, all from your smartphone or tablet. Browse from options like music streaming, Internet radio or your stored library and personalise the app to control all your SoundTouch speakers.
The Lifestyle 550 System is compatible with the Amazon Alexa voice assistant, so you can enjoy hands free control of your home cinema setup. Play, pause and skip tracks simply by asking with a connected Alexa device. Download the Bose Skill and control your home system by using your voice, to change the volume, put on playlists or control the SoundTouch multi-room features.
ADAPTiQ Room Calibration

From your date of purchase your product is warranted against faulty materials or workmanship for a period of 24 months. Hi Fi Excellence operate custom install services for all Bose premium products, our installation team generally cover an area of approximately 50 radius of Coventry but we can cover further if requested. Bose Premium products include our onsite home service charter that includes firstly a diagnostic check of any problems and if required a collection, repair and return service for any fault that cannot be diagnosed in house.
