ProAc's new Studio 140.2 is now in store and available for demonstration.
Utilising a downward firing reflex port, the 140.2 uses two 6.5" carbon filled polypropelene bass drivers and single silk dome HF units. With a nominal impedance of 8ohms, they have a higher than average sensitivity rating of 91dB (1 watt/1 metre).
They're still running in, but so far they're producing a very lively, open sound - an even better match for our resident Naim equipment than the previous 140's.
Excuse the quality of the pic - it's about the only thing iPhones don't do well!
