Promotion Terms and Conditions
1. DESCRIPTION: For the months of June, July & August 2015 UK residents purchasing PMC’s twenty series products from a registered UK retailer are eligible to enter the ‘Golden Ticket’ cash back promotion, where one purchaser per month will be chosen at random by PMC to win the purchase price excluding delivery or installation costs of their successfully registered PMC twenty series product. This will be payable by cheque in UK Pounds to the purchaser, subject to conditions.
2. ELIGIBILITY: This promotion known as the ‘Golden Ticket’ cash back promotion is open to any person resident in the UK aged 18 or older at the time of entry who successfully registers a new PMC twenty series product purchased from a registered PMC UK retailer at full retail price. Employees of PMC, registered retailers or their employees or are not eligible to participate in this promotion. In the event that PMC deems an entrant to have made fraudulent or multiple applications, then PMC assume the applicant has acted in bad faith with respect to the promotion, the entrant shall be excluded from the promotion consequently ineligible to win the promotional cash back prize.
3. TO PARTICIPATE: A. Gain the completed portion of the promotional voucher known as the ‘Golden Ticket’ from the retailer. B. Complete the online product registration form for each PMC product purchased located at: http://www.pmc-speakers.com/support/product-registration. C. The successful applicant must supply a copy of the original purchase receipt and completed portion of the promotional voucher known as the ‘Golden Ticket’ to PMC. To qualify for this promotion, PMC must be satisfied that the applicant is genuine and fulfils the promotions criteria.
Applications must be received within 14 days of purchase of the product. Failure to supply an accurate and ideal delivery address that incurs a failure of delivery of the payment will be the applicants’ responsibility and not that of PMC.
4. TIMING: This promotion opens on 1st June 2015 and closes on 31st August 2015. With one winner for each month being selected at random from all eligible registrations received during each promotional period. The final drawer for the month of August taking place by 28th September 2015. Applications must be received by PMC before midnight 28 days after the closing date to qualify for this promotion.
PMC is not responsible for lost, corrupted or delayed entries. If the applicant for any reason whatsoever, fails to successfully register, within the promotional period, then the applicant shall be deemed to have forfeited his / her entry into the promotional ‘cash back’ prize draw and PMC shall not have any obligation whatsoever to compensate the entrant in any way. Each winner will be notified within a reasonable time after the draw date by email.
The prize is awarded conditionally upon acceptance and if a winner is unable to be contacted after a reasonable period or if any prize is unclaimed or declined within a reasonable period, the prize shall be deemed as unclaimed or unaccepted and a supplementary winner may be drawn at PMC’s discretion.
5. THE ‘CASH BACK’: This will be payable by cheque in UK Pounds to the purchaser detailed on the proof of purchase. PMC reserve the right to substitute a gift of equal or greater value.
6. CONTACT: Participation in the ‘Golden Ticket’ cash back promotion is considered your agreement that PMC & the UK retailer may contact the applicant.
7. GENERAL: No correspondence will be entered into regarding this promotion or these terms and conditions. In the unlikely event of a dispute, PMC’s decision shall be final.PMC reserve the right to amend, modify, cancel or withdraw this promotion at any time without notice. These terms and conditions and any matters relating hereto shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of Great Britain. If any provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.
