With an 11 inch cabinet housing an 8 inch custom woofer, the S8 Powered subwoofer remains discrete enough to blend in with any home environment whilst providing your home audio setup with a great bass performance that lets the tight, smooth bass combine with any speakers.
The S8 Sub has a super-fast woofer designed to articulate every bass note, perfect for music and movies. The S8 offers a great addition to your home cinema setup. An anti-resonant steel frame and a heavy-duty rubber surround help produce a more accurate sound. With the S8’s bottom-firing and front ported design, you’ll always be able to hear precise bass without distortion even at high volume levels.
A 1 inch thick internally braced MDF cabinet eliminates vibrations and unwanted resonance for a distortion free response. The hand-crafted cabinet is finished in a high gloss white or satin black to suit any home décor.
The S8 Subwoofer produces high power with continuous class A/B amplification. When positioning the sub, the S8 gives you options with wireless-ready ability. A wireless adapter such as the Audioengine W3 will allow you to connect the subwoofer to your system wirelessly and place the sub wherever you like. Two line-level inputs are included, an RCA and mini jack 3.5mm inputs to connect to your system’s amplifier. All the controls are provided on the rear panel, including volume, crossover and phase, making it simple and easy to integrate the S8 subwoofer into your existing home audio system.
