| The Project Debut Esprit improves on the standard Project Debut model by using a larger heavier 12" precision made acrylic platter rather than the 10" pressed steel platter of the standard Debut. This brings improvements in terms of resonance control and speed stability and means the felt mat is no longer a requirement. It also has an improved Ortofon Alpha cartridge. |
| The quiet running decoupled AC motor with its two step metal pulley drives the Hub and Platter via a flat drive belt and plays at 33 and 45 RPM. The tone arm which has a silicon damped lift has an arm tube constructed from aluminium with tone arm bearings comprising of inverted hardened stainless-steel points. |
