Neat Acoustics have launched the Iota - a tiny, bookshelf loudspeaker, designed for spaces where conventional hi-fi loudspeakers are just too big, or for spaces where there are height restrictions. They're also ideal for many all-in-one streaming systems where users are trying to save space.
The mid/bass driver is a 100mm cone utilising a ferrite magnet assembly, and a 50mm vertical ribbon tweeter. Recommended amplifier power is between 25-100 watts, and their impedance is 6ohms, with an 86dB sensitivity.
These miniscule wonders come in five colours - Satin White and Satin Black (standard finishes), and Flame Red, Zinc Yellow, Ultramarine Blue (alternative finishes).
The tiny 2.6 litre cabinet size is 130mm high by 200mm wide by 165mm deep.
The Iota is priced at £650/pair.
