He has a demo pair, but obviously no odd ones lying around

I don't really want to take any away from the shop as they're quite popular, and people are going to want to hear them.

I'll need longer than an evening

I want to be able to use them for a couple of weeks exclusively, then switch back to my own. I also want to A/B sections of films too.

I suggest starting a few new usernames and enter the WHF mag competition in the hope you win 2 pairs then.... :lol:

It's the only way..........unless you have a spare £900 sitting around to buy two pairs.....

New idea......offer a run in service to buyers of Q300's at the shop......they buy two pairs to qualify for the service of being professionally run in....just come back to collect in two weeks.....nice!!!!

Well I would get them cheaper - Im tempted to just buy them to be honest - on the understanding with KEF that if they're not as good as what I've got, I can sell them on. If they're as good, I'll change, as I'll get about £1,500+ for mine, and then there's therear speakers....

A bit too deep unfortunately! Even Q100's are pushing it, but I can just pull that off. I can't use the Q800DS's in my situation.

Oh, I may try and take some pics over the weekend if I can tidy up enough! I might just move all the crap over to one side and take some pics :lol:

I like to keep things the same all round....I'd probably have to settle for Q100's for the rear...

Buy some of the 8" Uni Q cones in from KEF, and get your cabinet guy that works in the shop to make you a home for them.....(see I do read bio's on here)...

It'll keep him off the streets a little longer....

I do think KEF need a centre and rears to match the Q900's....

On a similar note, it'd be nice to see a standmount with the 8" UniQ too.
