Forums tend to be a place of valuable information for many people, and we felt that our customers, and our customers-to-be could do with a friendly forum where they can ask any questions they need answered, as well as join in day to day discussions about anything and everything. As well as sections for hi-fi and audio/visual, there is a trading section where you can sell your old equipment and post wants, read about upcoming shows and events, new products, as well as discussing movies and music. There’s even a section for your very own blog, where you can tell us what you’re doing, what your listening to, or just tell everyone about your day if you so wish. Vinyl At Frank Harvey Hi-Fi!
Due to demand from our customers, we are now stockists of vinyl at our Coventry store. We are going to start off with several hundred from classic artists like The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, Pink Floyd, The Doors, Bob Dylan, Johnny Cash, Jimi Hendrix, and also more modern artists like Nirvana, Foo Fighters, Rage Against The Machine, Queens Of The Stone Age, Pearl jam, Radiohead, and The Black Keys. We’ll build up our stocks over time (and be able to order) records from all major labels such as Polydor, Warner, Decca, EMI etc to smaller labels such as Music On Vinyl, XL Recordings, and Warp, plus many, many more.

A simple rip and play device from AVA Media is now on demo in store. It has been designed to be a ‘plug and play’ device, working instantly with all types streamers, including Sonos. More details here.

KEF LS50 – on demo
To commemorate their 50th Anniversary, KEF have released the LS50, an modern version of the old LS3/5a studio monitor that KEF worked on with the BBC back in the 1960′s. They have been updated using technology from KEF’s Blade loudspeaker.
