Orders
received
When we receive your order we process immediately and will confirm
to you by email that the order has been received.
Stock allocation is then matched to your order and you are notified
that your order has been processed and despatched. Orders received
after 3pm are processed the following working day.
Should a product be out of stock we will notify you of any delay
and you will have an option to cancel.
No payment is taken from your credit card until we despatch
the goods.
Small items up to 1kg (depending on bulk) are normally sent
via Royal Mail, above 1kg we despatch via Parcel Force. All
deliveries will be despatched to your home address and have
to be signed for. |

Delivery
charges
Most items are shipped free.
Large items, including plasma, big-screen TVs and some
speaker packages may have special shipping rates as detailed
on their individual product pages. These items may be delivered
using our own vehicles or may be shipped direct from our suppliers.
You will be notified of the expected delivery day.
Delivery to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Shetland Isles, Outer
Hebrides and Scottish Highlands may incur additional charges,
dependent on the size and weight of your order. The following
post codes are relevant (BT, IM, HS, ZE, AB, DD, EH, G, IV,
KA, KY, ML, PA, PH,) Please email for confirmation.
Most orders can be tracked - all you
need is to enter the relevant URL with your personal consignment
number for an updated status. This information will be emailed
to you.

Non
delivery
Should you be unavailable when our carriers make delivery,
you will receive a notice telling you the telephone number and
address of the distribution centre where you can pick up your
package, or to contact them to arrange a further delivery. For
your own security, please take a driving licence ID with you
when you pick up your consignment.
Should your consignment be undelivered for more than 3 working
days from the date of your despatch email please contact our
Help Desk on 02476 631 707 and
we will immediately investigate and progress chase for you. |

ordering
Should you have any concerns in regard to transferring
your credit card information over the internet our sales advisors
are on hand to receive your telephone order - please quote the
product description and SKU code as shown on each product page
by clicking the Order by Telephone Button and we will process
your order immediately.
Goods can also be ordered via post, payment can be made by cheque
or bank transfer. Please refer to our Contact

Returns Policy
We really hope you are pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product within 7 days of delivery provided it is in a fully resale condition. This means the product is unmarked and returned in the original and completed packaging. For your protection please ensure all goods are insured when shipping back to us. We reserve the right to offset any cost incurred in damage to the unit, replacing accessories or incomplete packaging. |
